Liquid Motion is a method and style of dance and movement that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. This program teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration. Liquid Motion primarily uses the floor as its classroom, working from the ground up. The Liquid Motion method works with students using floorwork techniques and translate universally to all movement — Liquid is for everyone.

Earn your wings here! This is a beginner level class focusing on the basics of aerial hoop/lyra. Students will become familiar with entrances in and out of the hoop and will learn foundational shapes and movements while learning the proper conditioning and muscle activation to safely and effectively navigate the hoop. Leggings recommended. Please remove all rings and bracelets prior to the start of class.

New pole students start here! Class will focus on basic spins, beginner tricks, beginner choreography sequences, conditioning, and preps for (eventually!) climbing and inverting. Emphasis on preparing and protecting the shoulders for pole. If you’ve ever wanted a fun and unconventional workout, you just found it! Tank/crop top and shorts recommended. Please remove all rings and bracelets prior to the start of class.

This is a choreo based class with a focus on flow, transitions, base work, and freestyle. Elements of Liquid Pole methodology will be introduced and utilized to facilitate a deeper understanding of connection to the pole and intention of movement. Knee pads optional. Prior experience with Pole 101 recommended, or instructor approval.

This is your time to play, practice, freestyle, and discover. Open Studio provides students a space to dance on their own, whether using the pole, aerial hoop, or floor. This is not an instructor-led class; however, an insured instructor will be present for spotting and safety.

Fly Dance Fitness’s signature format! If you're looking for a true high-cardio dance fitness format, this is the class for you. Throw Down features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. The newest routine is the only routine broken down before jumping into a cardio-packed playlist.
